Payment options

You can pay by credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) when ordering online, by mail or by fax. You can also pay by check or money order in US Dollars when ordering by mail. You can download and fill out this ORDER FORM to mail or fax should you wish.

Shipping rates

Your shipping rate (and delivery time) depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. Our shopping cart calculates the weight of your order, checks the country and zip code of your order's destination, and looks up a database of zone rates and supplies you with a range of shipping options. Depending on the the destination and weight of your order, you will be offered one or more of the following shipping options:

  • Media Mail
  • Priority
  • Express

All mailed or faxed orders to US addresses will be shipped via USPS Media Mail, provided the correct shipping and handling charges have been included with the order. Please include a daytime phone number so we can contact you if necessary.

Due to Media Mail's 4 – 6 weeks delivery time to Hawai'i, customers shipping orders to Hawai'i should perhaps not select the Media Mail option.

Delivery times

Normally most orders ship from our warehouse within 1 – 2 business days. During periods of high demand – especially approaching Holiday Season – some short delays may occur. Transit times will depend on your choice of shipping method. A range of shipping options for the destination and weight of your order are displayed during the checkout process. A valid State and Zip code is required for the correct display of shipping options and cost calculations.

Within the USA Media Mail is the cheapest but also the slowest with mainland transit times of 5 – 12 mail days.

Note: Due to Media Mail's 4 – 6 weeks delivery time to Hawai'i, customers shipping orders to Hawai'i should perhaps not select the Media Mail option (see above).

Priority is much faster with mainland transit times of 3 – 5 mail days. Express is the fastest with mainland transit times of 2 – 3 mail days. Remember that these transit times start only when your order ships, which is usually within 1 – 2 business days of our receipt of it. When ordering by mail, allow ample time (2 weeks in the US, 4 weeks internationally) for your order & payment to reach us.

Insurance

U.S. orders: If your order was shipped to a physical address and should your order be lost by the carrier (as confirmed by tracking information), we will replace it at no cost to you. If you receive an item / order which has been damaged in transit, we will also replace the item / order, provided you:

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
  • You immediately return to us (at our expense) such damaged goods, if requested by us or one of our nominated representatives (such as a Fulfillment House or Shipping agent, contracted by us).

International orders: We insist that all International orders include tracking. Should your order be lost by the carrier (as confirmed by tracking information), we will replace it at no cost to you. If you receive an item / order which has been damaged in transit, we will also replace the item / order, provided you:

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
  • You immediately return to us (at our expense) such damaged goods, if requested by us or one of our nominated representatives (such as a Fulfillment House or Shipping agent, contracted by us).

Sales tax

Nevada customers pay 7.10% sales tax, which is added to the order total.

International

Customs taxes: All international customers are responsible for customs dues or other taxes & fees that may be levied in your country. We will not accept orders returned to us due to customer's failure to pay the customs dues / fees in a timely manner.

Order tracking: All shipping options offered include tracking.

Delivery times: While most US Postal Service Air Mail shipments arrive within about 7 – 14 business days to most destinations worldwide, in rare cases they may take longer (up to 1 month or even up to 3 months due to customs delays). If time is a priority, choose Express.

Returns

Returns: All sales are final. Books are not returnable, and may not be redeemed for cash.

Note: Goods that you have received in a damaged condition or with a manufacturing fault may be replaced at our expense, provided:

  • You purchased the goods yourself directly from us.
  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
  • You immediately return to us (at our expense) such damaged goods, if requested by us or one of our nominated representatives, such as a Fulfillment House or Shipping agent, contracted by us to fulfill your order.

Returned items may only be exchanged for a replacement of the original item.

Refunds: Please check your order carefully prior to checkout to make sure it is accurate. Your order cannot be cancelled or modified once it has been placed in our system. Once an order has shipped we cannot offer a refund on the packing or shipping charges. If you discover after you have placed the order that you have made a mistake, your best recourse is to advise us immediately by phone – we may be able to catch it before it ships – however this may not always be possible – as our fulfillment operators are extremely efficient. Orders are often pre-packed and can be shipped within minutes of receipt of your order.

Calling us immediately (within PST business hours) or emailing us outside those hours – offers the best chance of stopping the order from shipping.

Otherwise your only other recourse is to NOT accept the package when it is delivered – instead return it unopened to the return address indicated, and mark it “ordered in error”. When and provided the returned items are received by us undamaged, you will be offered a refund of the purchase price of the books/dvds, but you will not be refunded any packing or shipping costs. Either way – please advise us of your mistake.

Privacy

We respect our customers' privacy. Ringing Cedars North America believes that your personal information – including your purchase history, phone number, email and residential addresses and credit card data – belongs to you. We collect this type of information only to serve you when you provide it to us, but we do not rent or sell your information to third parties. When you place your order online through our secure shopping cart, your Credit Card details are encrypted and are not visible to any third party.

We work with reputable third party supplies, such as fulfillment services (companies that warehouse and ship your order) and freight companies (mainly USPS) to assist us in delivering your order to you. In these instances, we will provide your personal information to those third parties only so that they can perform these services. In addition, we may be required to disclose your personal information to third parties based on a legal obligation; however we will only accommodate these requests when it is determined to be legally necessary in the reasonable opinion of our counsel.

Security

Shopping at www.ringingcedars.com is 100% secure. Our online store uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages where personal information is required. We use a secure payment processing engine to securely operate the shopping cart and process payments. To make purchases from our Online Store, you must use an SSL-enabled browser. Doing so protects the confidentiality of your personal and credit card information by encrypting it while it’s transmitted over the Internet.

Online Ordering

You can conveniently place your order 24 hrs per day, 365 days per year through our secure online store,
and pay with a credit card. (We can accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover)
Click on the “Store” button in the Navigation Bar at the top of this page or here to enter the online store.
Click the yellow “Add to Cart” button beside any item to add it to your cart; click it a second time to increase the quantity incrementally – the quantity of that item in your cart will be displayed directly under the button. (You can edit this quantity at anytime by clicking on the green “Edit” link beside the quantity count). When you are ready to checkout of the store click on any blue “Checkout” button to view your shopping cart and complete your order. On the Checkout pages you can:

  • modify your order (adjust quantities and/or remove items)
  • enter a coupon code if you have one (from one of our promotions)
  • enter the billing address associated with the credit card you intend to pay with
  • enter the address to which you would like your order shipped (you can make your shiping address the same as your billing address with one click)
  • choose your preferred shipping method and see the calculated shipping cost to your delivery address
  • add a free personalized gift message (up to 255 characters)
  • add gift wrapping (suitable for any occasion) and a gift card containing your personalized message
  • review your final order
  • and pay with Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover

As you proceed through the checkout process, if you have not filled all the required data fields, you will be asked to do so, before you can proceed to the next step. The area missing required data will be highlighted in "pink". Some fields are marked optional and may be left blank. When you have checked your order and address details on the Order Summary page, and entered your credit card details, simply click on the “Place Order” button. Please click on the button once ONLY, then wait for confirmation that your order was correctly processed. If you have supplied a valid email address, you will be sent an order confirmation, and later when your order leaves our warehouse, a notification with a tracking number.

We recommend that you download and print out this Order Form to fill out and post with your payment to the address above (also on the top of the form).

When ordering by mail, you can pay by credit card, personal or cashier's check (in US dollars, drawn on a US bank) or money order (issued by a US or a Canadian bank or organization in US dollars). Allow 2 weeks (US) or 4 weeks (International) for your order to reach us.

When you mail your Order Form make sure to supply all the required information (titles and quantity of the sets/books you are ordering; the shipping address, billing address, your name and phone number; and order total). Remember to enclose a cheque/MO made payable to Ringing Cedars North America or add your credit card details including number and expiration date. If you are uncomfortable with recording your Credit Card details on the form – write “Please call for payment” (Don't forget to provide us with your phone number!) You must also include the appropriate shipping & handling fees in your order total. If your calculated total is found to be incorrect, we reserve the right to correct it and either charge your credit card the corrected amount, or request a cheque/MO for the difference be sent to us.

A US customer, when ordering by mail, for example, the Complete Set of the 9 books, should add $5.75 for each set, plus the $4.00 packing & handling charge, a total of $9.75 shipping in this case, to the cost of the books. Orders within the US will be shipped Media Mail via USPS.

Customers ordering by mail from outside the US should first email Customer Service for a shipping quote.

Fax Orders

We recommend that you download and print out this Order Form to fill out and fax to the toll free fax number (also on the top of the form).

When you Fax your Order Form to our toll free Customer Service fax number, make sure to supply all the required information (titles and quantity of the sets/books you are ordering; the shipping address, billing address, your name and phone number; credit card number and expiration date; and order total). If you are uncomfortable with recording your Credit Card details on the form – write “Please call for payment” (Don't forget to provide us with your phone number!) Remember to include the appropriate shipping & handling fees in your order total. If your calculated total is found to be incorrect, we reserve the right to correct it and charge your credit card the corrected amount.

For your protection Credit Card details on mailed or faxed orders are cut off your order form and shredded as soon as your order has been processed.

Tracking Your Order

If you placed your order online, and supplied a valid email address, you will automatically be sent a confirmation email with a tracking number, when your order has shipped.
